Dover has entered right into a definitive settlement to accumulate Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and producer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and management instruments for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s merchandise will expand Dover’s biopharma single-use manufacturing providing, which already includes Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with facilities in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate roughly US$40 million–45 million in revenue during the full 12 months 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will become a part of the PSG business unit within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions phase.
