“We are happy to have discovered a companion that represents a wonderful strategic fit for both corporations, bringing together two pioneering circulate management companies with over 150 years of mixed experience working as market-leaders,” said Jeff Gorman, executive chairman of Gorman-Rupp’s board of directors. “This exceptional opportunity fits well into Gorman-Rupp’s general strategic plan to find well-suited opportunities for expansion and innovation.”
Fill-Rite’s management team will proceed to guide the business as a new division of Gorman-Rupp.
